Had the same problem. I don't remember what it was but I know if was a really simple fix and cheap. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Start with: Possible control, blend door or blend door actuator, low pressure switch, leak in system.
Well you could have a lose connection or bad resistor or bad switch and it takes power away from the engine because the ac compressor puts a load on the engine when it's running
