It simply never says this group or any group will go to heaven. On the contrary, the New Heaven will come to the New Earth and the Father and the Son will reign their newly begotten spiritual children from the New Jerusalem (please read Revelation 21 in its entirety for clarification). Only Jesus, who came from Heaven was worthy enough to go back to it (see John 3:13).
Concerning the 144,000 of Revelation 7 which are mentioned again in Revelation 14, reading both chapters for oneself, it becomes clear that these spiritual "firstfruits" will have repented and been converted before the beginning of the Day of the Lord. They are described as being redeemed and without fault. They are represented as having a relationship both with God the Father and Jesus Christ as the Lamb of God. Revelation 7:4 tells us they are 'Sealed.' This sealing has to do with receiving God's Holy Spirit so one may become spiritually converted:
Ephesians 1:13-14New International Version (NIV) 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession-to the praise of his glory.
Revelation 14:1-5New International Version (NIV)
The Lamb and the 144,000
14 Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father's name written on their foreheads.2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps.3 And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. 4 These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.
I can only speak for myself and can not offer you any proof other than the Bible itself.
It doesn't. Only Mormons believe that Man can become God through good works, which is in contradiction with the Bible.

Not only Christians read the bible. Did you know that the Old Testament comes from the Hebrew scriptures of Judaism? Even atheists -- those who do not believe in gods -- read the bible. There are so many contridictions, violence, and even pornography! Go ahead. Look up Ezekiel 23:20 and tell me that this should be read to good little children.
The Bible (the holy word of God that Christians follow) speaks many times about heaven and hell. Jesus mentions heaven and hell several times in the new testament and prophets of God mention heaven and hell all througout the old testament. Christians believe that people go to heaven and hell because this is what the Bible clearly teaches and the Bible is the infallible word of God.Answer:I turned them down and told them why. "The church has been lying to us," I said. "They say that all good people will go to heaven. But I have read the Bible, and I am convinced that only 144,000 persons will go to heaven. Other righteous people will live on a paradise earth."-Matthew 5:5; Revelation 14:1, 3. True Christians don't believe that hell is real. Our former church members had prophesied that if we became Witnesses, we would die. That was almost 30 years ago. Even if I die now, would it be because I became one of Jehovah's Witnesses? If my wife dies now, can anyone say that it was because she became one of Jehovah's Witnesses?I have struggled to show my 17 children the way of the truth. Though many of them were adults by the time I became a Witness, I encouraged them to study the Bible and took them to meetings and conventions. It is my joy to have five of them serving Jehovah with me. One serves alongside me as an elder in the congregation. Another is a ministerial servant in a nearby congregation. Two of my children serve as regular pioneers. When I look back, I marvel at Jehovah's undeserved kindness in helping me become his servant. How true are Jesus' words: "No man can come to me unless the Father, who sent me, draws him"!-John 6:
No the Islamic Bible is completely different from the Jewish Bible. The Islamic Bible was written by Muhammad. The Jewish Bible was written by the Jewish Priests, whom God told what to write. The Islamic religion believes in killing the infidels (the Christians). They believe that they can only go to heaven when all of the Christians are dead. The Jews/Christians just want to spread the word of God to those who don't understand/know Him. So that they can go to heaven too!
Christians believe the Bible teaches that there is only one way to heaven and that is through Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. Only believers in Jesus will go to heaven. From a Christian point of view, yes it is necessary.
No! Christians follow God's Word, the Bible. They attempt to spread Christianity because they care about people and want them to go to Heaven. They believe that the Bible tells that the only true way to Heaven is through repentance of sins and belief in Jesus Christ. Christians got their religion from the God of the Bible.
Martin Luther said that the Bible should be the only guide for Christians.
Jehovahs Witnesses
In the bible it says that anyone who is true to a faith will go to heaven, not just christians
Christians believe the Bible is the only inspired Book.
christians
Christians believe that heaven is a place of happiness because people are with God and with everybody they love. Some Christians think there the only ones going to heaven but most of us don't believe that. The Bible says that anyone who loves knows God and is from God - but it doesn't say you have to be a Christain to get to heaven.
The non-Christian sees this as entirely fair, because he believes that the Christian heaven does not even exist. Not only do non-Christians not go to heaven when they die, but Christians do not either.
Only if they exist. Christians and Muslims believe that both heaven and hell exist, but belief is not proof.
The Holy Bible is directly inspired from God. The Christians want scripture directly from God because Christians love God.
