Remove the dashboard and center console, then access the heater matrix by detaching the heater housing. Replace the old matrix with a new one, reassemble the housing, and reconnect all components before refilling the cooling system and reconnecting the battery. Always consult a service manual for specific details and safety precautions.
could be thermostat or heater fan if you can hear all the speeds on the blower motor working then it could be your thermostat but your heater core might be plugged as well
If you are talking about a wall switch for the heater, check to see if the heater has its own internal thermostat or switch as this might be in the off position and not allow the heater to turn on. If you are talking about a switch on the heater itself, then yes in all probability the switch is not working.
If all the inside controls are working and you have antifreeze in the cooling system them I would suggest that you check and make sure that the thermostat is working and after that check to see if the heater core is stopped up. If so then you will need to completely flush out the cooling system including the radiator, block, all hoses and the heater core.........
