its in the driver side door in the actual power door panel
The 2001 Chevy S 10 Blazer power door lock relay switch is located inside of the drivers side door. You will need to remove the drivers side door panel in order to access the door lock relay switch.

You have to lock the car with a key. You can't push the lock down with the door open if you have power locks. They do this so that you can't lock your keys in the car.
On the drivers door armrest has the window lock switch been pressed on the left side ? If it has , then only the drivers door switches operate the power windows . Press the right side of the window lock switch
Lock on driver frot side is not working

no there is no device, the power lock is just busted and needs to be replaced,mines the same way your door lock is not busted all hondas and acuras are like that to prevent you from locking your keys in just pull the handle in or out while hitting the door lock
Gotta pull the interior door handle while pushing the power door lock down. Common to lotsa hondas.

Because back then, all you did was parallel park so you would slide out of the passenger side and out the passenger side door since it was to the curb. Then you could lock your door and not be in traffic.
The coil of the door lock is open-shorted,etc. or the 12VDC to the coil is missing-could be a pinched wire or the switch not working.
