one reason can be,is that the abs sensor were disconnected or ripped off. take off your front tires and check for any unplugged sensors or ripped wires Have the system checked for codes so you know what to look for.

Check the brake light switch ,on the brake pedal. Might need adjusting.
I have a 01 and and my ABS light and trac off light were on for over a year, I jus got it fixed...My rear wheel bearing sensor was bad, that's what made those lights come on and stay on in my car, but Im not sure about the low tire press.
