Alternator not charging battery sufficiently? Check with a voltmeter: A fully charged battery should read approx. 12.8 volts without engine running. With engine running should read approx. 13.8-14.2 volts
There is not an alternator indicator light on a Honda Pilot. If the alternator goes out, the battery will not stay charged.

It is most likely a bad diode in the alternator that is causing both lights to stay on. Or its just your alternator going out, replace alternator, and check pads an rotors.
