Why would battery light come on then go off
disconnect the battery for a few minutes, reconnect and start it. if there is no problem, the light will stay off
A flashlight has a power source (usually ordinary batteries), a light source of some sort (a light bulb or LED, for example), and some electrical wiring to connect them, with a switch to turn it on and off. The power source makes the light source give off light.
are you sure you have it fully charged? (also i heard that if you buy a new electronic and you unplug it before it is fully charged it will have less full battery usage every charge, so if you unpluged it just after it started charging the first time you might have almost no battery power at full charge)
You need a new front wheel bearing. Hook up to a computer to see which side it is. Alternative method is to wait until the light goes off and turn sharply both to the right and left if it cuts on in both directions you need both, otherwise it is the on the side that causes the light to come on.
1)Reason: a.Charger or electro circuit can't be fit for the battery. b.Overcharge and overdischarge, etc. c.Battery can't comply with the charging requirement 2)Solution: a.Use the original charger. b.Charge the battery after it automatically powers off , then full charge the battery. c.Avoid erroneous usage of battery, such as heavy pressure, short circuit, fall off and so on.
time for a new battery or just the cable is going bad
altenator
The alternator switches off
my 05 Chevy impala brake light come on when my vehicle is turned off killing my battery.
Very confusing question. I assume you mean what light comes on when the batteries is defective. If that is the case then the red battery warning or charging system warning light may come on. And then again the light may not come on at all. The light is there to warn you about a problem with the charging system and not necessarily with the battery.
Can be loose or corroded battery connections, loose drive belt, or the alternator is failing.
Reset the check engine light on a Ford Fusion by disconnecting the battery. On newer cars, once the battery is reconnected, the light will come back on. If this happens, disconnect the battery, turn on the headlights until they go off, draining all the electrical current from the capacitor. Reconnect the battery and the light will go off.
Repair the problem with the charging system causing the light to come on.Repair the problem with the charging system causing the light to come on.
You need an OBD tester to show what the problem is and to turn the light off. I believe you can lift the battery ground for a few seconds to turn the light off,but it will probably come back on.
If you have resolved the problem that caused the light to come on then try disconnecting the battery for a couple minute then reattach it.
take both battery cables off the battery then replace the light should go out but will come back if problem is not corrected
Take off the negative battery cable and hook a test light in between the cable and the battery post. If you have a drain, the light will be on. Start pulling fuses until the light goes off and when it does go off, that is the thing that is draining the battery. If no fuses affect it, take the altermator wires off. If the light goes off then, the alt is bad,.
