Having Jock Itch does not mean that you have HIV. Jock Itch is a fungal infection. It is a type of ringworm.
Well i guess in a way you could become addicted to scratching it depends on what aspect. Addictions means your body has become hooked on it and begins to punish you for not supplying the means to satisfy it. Scratching can't really be an addictive type thing because the body only usually triggers it for an itch or for a sexual type action though it feels good when you scratch an itch your not really addicted because your not there for hours scratching that spot non stop
depending on body type..... no
Scabies are a type of mite, also known as the "itch mite." They are related to ticks and lice. You can get them by being in contact with someone else that has them, or by contacting any clothing, bedding, or anything else that is in contact with someone with scabies. They can also be sexually transmitted. There are shampoos and body washes that can kill them, much like head lice.
It could be a yeast type infection of the skin, caused by moisture. There are over the counter creams for that kind of rash. Try looking for creams that treat Jock itch.

The medications are the same drug, but they are prepared differently so they have different PH depending on what part of the body they are intended for.
