Your ac compressor will blow the ac fuse because the coil (the electrical part of the compressor clutch) that plugs in just behind the pulley is bad. A bad coil will cause the fuse to blow.
That said, you will probably not be able to find the coil separately, other than buying it from the dealer.

The 2005 Nissan air conditioning compressor expansion valve is located on the bottom of the compressor. The expansion valve should be labeled as such.

If your wipers keep blowing the fuses on your 1998 Nissan Altima, it could be a short or the wrong fuse being used. You may have a short in the wiring or the wiper switch, a bad ground wire, or loose wiring.
