Why does the compressor fuse on 93 Nissan 300zx keep blowing when system has enough freon to cool when compressor is running and compressor is not making any abnormal noise?

Your ac compressor will blow the ac fuse because the coil (the electrical part of the compressor clutch) that plugs in just behind the pulley is bad. A bad coil will cause the fuse to blow.
That said, you will probably not be able to find the coil separately, other than buying it from the dealer.
