Why does the driver side power window work and the other three windows dont on an altima?

On any type of car with power windows, it could be that the motor in each door has quit and therefore will not go up or down but it is rare that all three would quit working at the same time, so you may check to see if there is a "lock" on the windows - which is controlled by the drivers' side control panel.

Usually it's either the window regulator or window motor. You can buy both online for about half of what the dealer will charge for the part. It could also be the master switch on the driver's side, but if all the other windows are working fine, I'd replace the regulator and motor. I bought the regulator with motor combo for $81 delivered recently and my window is working perfectly now.

Could be the switch, or the motor itself on that window.

Sometimes there's a function on the drivers controller switch that disables window controls for anyone other than the driver.

First, check that the window lock switch is not pressed. It is on the drivers door next to the four power window switches, it has a little picture of a door and window on it with an X through it. If the switch is pressed, only the driver can open and shut the windows, the switches on the other doors will not work. If the windows won't work at all, not even from the driver's door, make sure the fuse for the power windows is good. Replace it if you don't know how to check it, fuses are cheap.

You have a 2000 Pathfinder SE. your window's dont work all of a sudden. Only your driver side window and your sunroof work. What could be the problem you checked the fuses.?
check and see if the window lock is on or not, driver side window and sunroof will still function when window lock is activated however, the other windows will not work, even by the drivers control, it should be the button on the top right next to your power door lock switch,
