The ignition switch could be the problem. Jiggle the keys a bit. As the switch ages it doesn't "sit" quite right. I know this was the problem when some of my stuff wouldn't work, like wipers, heater fan or power windows. Switch might have to be replaced at some point.
Yes
Loctronics is now out of business but keys and new codes are still available from www.aboutsecurityconcepts.com
yes, AT Gamestop !
After researching what wire is what, you can use jumper wires from the battery to the unplugged heater blower motor side of the connector and see if it is in fact the blower motor that is bad. could be a relay and could be the electrical switch. Could also be the ignition lock cylinder if the driver has a habit of hanging more than 4 keys and 2 keychains & ring combos from it. You can also view Recalls and TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) on AutoZone.com or at AllData.com. Recalls will be available, but TSBs will only be in "title form". However, the title of the TSB should be enough for you to know there was a problem with the component/system.
Yes, locks and keys were invented in ancient times, and they were still produced and used in the middle ages.
