The nurse isn't allowed to stay in Juliet's room the night before Juliet's wedding to Paris, because Juliet has to take the "medecine" the priest gave her that will permit Juliet to only sleep longer andnot die. Juliet takes that "medecine" because she doesn't want to marry Paris, but wants to be with Romeo. As a consequence, she fakes her own death. In order to take the "medecine" unnoticed, she has to be alone in her room the night before the wedding. So, no nurse allowed to stay.

In "Romeo and Juliet," Juliet's friends are the Nurse and her servants. The Nurse is a maternal figure to Juliet and helps facilitate her relationship with Romeo.
The Nurse interupts their conversation (pretty much every conversation they have when you think about it)
In Act II, Scene 5, Juliet is impatient for the nurse to arrive to tell her what arrangements Romeo has made for their wedding. In Act III, Scene 2, Juliet is impatient for Romeo to arrive so they can lose their virginities. The Nurse is to bring the rope ladder for Romeo to climb up to Juliet's bedroom window, which is why, when the nurse arrives, she says: "What hast thou there? The cords that Romeo bid thee fetch?" But Juliet expresses no impatience for the rope ladder, only for Night to come and "bring me my Romeo."
She wants to figure out if Juliet is even interested in marriage.
It depends on what scene of the play you are talking about. Sometimes it's the Nurse. After her supposed death both her parents and the Nurse are with her. On her wedding night Romeo is with her as they "lose . . . a pair of stainless maidenhoods."
