The most likely cause is low oil pressure. Stop the car immediately! Step one here is check the oil. Are you more then a quart low? Step Two. Have you changed oil lately? If you are way over miles this is an issue. Step Three: Check the pressure gage (if installed) there is a possibility that you have a bad sending unit (not likely). The most likely issue is that you are low on oil and second most likely issue is that you have a bad oil pump and least likely is the sending unit.
In any event, low oil pressure is a big issue. Driving with that light blinking is a major issue that could cost you the engine.

turn ignition on in van, but do not start. press brake pedal and accelerator pedal at the same time. after about 30 seconds light with spanner will start to flash. turn off ignition. by doing this it resets warning lights. start engine, should be ok now.............cheers Michael
