If it is separated with it parents then it probaly misses them and its sisters. It is also maybe wondering what is going on and where it is. It will just take atleast 3 weeks for the puppy to be used to you.

∙ 12y agoHe's crying because he's lonely. Especially new puppies are so used to their mother and littermates being there that when they wake up at night and noone is around them, they start crying out for their mother and siblings.
