That fan is thermostatically controlled and is electric. If the thermostat is goofy and not reporting an overheat condition, the fan will not start up. Usually (not always) when the AC is turned on at least one of the fans will cut in.
Yes, they will. The only difference would be in the bumper since they are unique for the Dodge and Chrysler logos.
An air lock, defective thermostat, stopped up radiator, Restriction of air flow across the radiator are all possibilities. On Chrysler products they have a 2 speed fan and if the high side doesn,t work is also a possibility.
yes i changed all of that but it still is not working so im wondering what else could be causing this
i have 1995 Chrysler cirrus so what is reason just i changed a new computer for it but still the air conditioning system it doesn't work so what do u think the possible solution for it?
has the engine run since new timing belt put on? if not whoever did the work, didnt get the timing right.
It doesn't work that way. The factory alarm is part of both the body and engine computers. Any attempt to disable will render the car inoperable.
I do not work on chryslers but a common sense thing to do is follow your radiator hose to the gooseneck (thermostat housing- where the radiator hose meets the block) and thermostats are located in that housing. Usually 3-4 bolts and a gasket. O ya pus a small fluid surprise.
Will a 99 Cadillac deville radiator work in a 2000 Seville
I have a '99 Cirrus, where both the heater and A/C did not work - I ended up having to get the fan engine and rad changed out - $1500 I believe....
Could be any of a number of reasons !... Faulty bulb, broken wire, dirty contact....
YES!
Never mind I didn't mean to post this..I'm in the middle of pulling the belt and wanted to double check my work
