Probably has a bad rear door lock/unlock solenoid, take the rear door panel off, be sure the wires are plugged into the soleniod if so.... remove the soleniod and or...leave it in place ....spray it down with CRC.... spray and hit it with a small ball peened hammer a few times also if it has one....work the adjuster nut in and out all the while spraying it with CRC or rust buster solvent most times this will get it to work. If the power is going to it and it still dont work replace with a new soleniod.
