The Sheriff of Nottingham was robin hoods enemy because the sheriff's job was the run the land given to him and bring law and order. Robin Hood was an outlaw who was a thief, murderer, he didn't pay tax and he hunted and killed the kings deer.
Because he stole from the rich. And that's sufficient to be declared an outlaw. The fact that he gave to the poor doesn't even enter into it.
He robbed him of lots of money.
Back in the twelfth century, when Robin Hood takes place, most of the forests had laws attached to them. Typically, only the nobles or the king were allowed to hunt the deer in them. Robin broke these laws by hunting the deer when he was an outlaw, a criminal. He would have been punished by death, so he hid from John. John tried to capture him many times, but Robin always escaped. How would you feel if someone stole things from you on a regular basis, you tried multiple times to catch and punish them, and they always escaped? It's no wonder that Prince John hated Robin so much. I am not saying that John is in the right. But the laws were harsh back then and that was merely the way many people thought. They did not question the laws or their position in society. They thought it was ordained by God. The answer above is a point of view, but by no means the only one. The commonly accepted story in England is that Robin of Locksley (heir to an Earldom) was a loyal subject of King Richard. Richard went away to war in Europe (some stories say Palestine), and was captured on his way back to England. In those days royalty and nobility after capture were held for ransom, which had to be paid by their kingdom or their estate. John taxed the peasants to the hilt to raise the ransom, but then didn't pay it over. Richard stayed locked up overseas, and John used his absence to usurp the throne. Many of Richard's subjects remained loyal; Robin was the outstanding example. When Richard finally made it home Robin was restored to his former station in life. p.s. to this day the usurping John is known in England as "bad King John".

Owner's manual. Don't have one get one. Dealer, Salvage Yard, Google Search. Apply common sense: Trucks were still fairly utilitarian (simple and rugged) at this time. It may not have a hood release latch in the cab. If this is the case, walk to the front and (somewhere near the top center of the grill) find the hood release lever. Use it, and raise the hood. If there is a hood release latch inside, you will still have to release the safety latch under the hood (same area as described above) to open the hood. i have an 87 silverado and it has a pull lever under the dash then a lever under the hood i expect an 86 would be the same.... if you cant open the hood i would hate to see what ur ganna ask once you see whats under it
no you do not hate me
