tractors are mostly used for agriculture purposes... so, if the exhaust pump is under the vehicle, the exhaust products(fine harmful particles, harmful gases) may damage the crop yield.... so, the tractors are designed manufactured such that the exhaust pump is upwards.....
To keep water out of the engine if it rains
Most tractors have the head (or top half) of the engine facing up so the exhaust goes up anyway. Also some tractors are equipped with rear exhaust for orchard and low ceiling work. Hot , noxious, and loud exhaust gases (more so on larger engines) are discharged up above the operator for obvious reasons.
pump fluid
water cannot travel upwards, because 1) gravity 2) there is a property of water that does not allow it to flow upwards Water can move upwards by capillary action, forced upwards by a pump or natural geyser, it can be carried upwards and can rise in the form of steam or vapour.
Do you have an exhaust leak? Do you happen to have have an exhaust leak or a damaged water pump bearing?
To blow the nasty fumes up and away from passenger vehicles that may be near by.
The smog pump is also known as an air pump. It's only purpose is to blow more air into the exhaust system to help burn up unused fuel and carbon monoxide in the exhaust.
its called a heat pump
the fuel pump is in the tank. u have to drop the exhaust then the tank
Adds air to the exhaust to burn any unburned fuel in the exhaust system before it is released to the atmosshere
There are two main types of tractors that are used. These tractors are large farming tractors and small personal tractors.
The water is under pressure from the pump pushing it through tubes having spraying ends that are pointed upwards which causes the water go upwards ..
