You probably have a bad front tank fuel pump or you could have something wrong in the switch valve or selector switch, or even a problem in the wiring to the front fuel pump, but most likely a bad fuel pump.
The inertia switch, on your 1995 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The switch will be located on the drivers side of the firewall.
There is no inertia switch on the Chevy truck it runs from the ecm , oil pressure switch and relay.

I'm guessing that you want to be able to turn off the daytime running lights on your car. As far as I know, there is no such switch on the Sunfire. The daytime running lights are on whenever the car is running and is in gear.

I didn't have any luck finding the location description in the Owner Guide but on my 1995 Ford Explorer it is in the right front passenger footwell , in the corner , above the carpet , by the kick panel
It connects to the transfer case just behind the transmission, and at the other end connects to the front differential, in between the front wheels. The front driveshaft is on the driver's side of the truck, about 1 1/2 feet from the center of the truck.
