Why does the watchtower ban the freedom of information by using terror and fear that they will be destroyed and robbed from their eternal life on earth if they read information from who stepped out?

The Jehovah's Witnesses have no prohibition on the free circulation of information.

They do not currently have any rule that stipulates that individuals that read literature from ex-witnesses will be destroyed since they don't support the death penelty and do not engage in public or private executions of individuals that "step out" of their organisation.

Unlike many religious denominations that teach that disobedience to God can result in eternal torment in hellfire, Jehovah's Witnesses do not use terror to appeal to individuals. Rather they teach that God offeres eternal life to those that love him (John 3:16). They do not hide the fact that God will destroy people but only those that the Almighty classifies as "wicked"

The Watchtower is a religious organization that can protect itself like you can ban

friends who step out on you, when you shun people, they shun you even harder,

still there are times when you must complain and here is a good place!

When you go to college you will be asked to have faith in the textbook and if you

find a minor error to say so, then the instructor gets angry if you find a big error.

Why, because it can disrupt the faith in the book, other students begin imagining

errors when none exist. People who criticize your decent religion may go way over

the line, and you may start repeating some distressing lie, then you helped kick

out faithful members and make them loose contact with God, God can get angry!
