This involves removing the window regulator to gain access to the motor. REMOVE: Window control panel and disconnect wiring plugs. Door trim panel Door weather sheet Now that the easy part is done, you can remove the door glass. If the window can not be lowered to at least half way, this will be difficult. Remove the two bolts on the bottom and slide the glass up and out of the window channel. Remove the four bolts that hold the motor/guide assembly and remove it from the door and repair or replace as needed. Reverse steps to assemble and you are done. Good job. HAVE A BEER !!

How do you install front door glass in 93 s15 jimmy?
the regulator is riveted in, so you have to move the window position to where you can see the bottom two bolts in the access hole in the door. i think it is pretty close to about mid-way; half of the window is down, half of the window is up. unbolt the two bolts at the bottom, hold the glass and tip the large end upwards towards the top jamb. My 2004 Sienna LE has 65,000 miles and the door latch has broken. The latch broke in half and the part connected to the door broke and fell inside the door - breaking my window clips. Now, I have to replace the window - or not be able to roll down the window. I have not had any problems with the lock breaking.

First, lower window approximately half way. This allows you access to the bolts that attach window to the regulator. Remove door panel. Using a 10mm wrench, remove the two bolts that hold window to the regulator. Then there are two upper and two lower bolts holding the regulator to the door. Then you remove the three bolts for the window motor which is toward the front of the door. You have to also disconnect the plug for the windo motor to remove the entire window regulator and motr that are all one unit. Replace the unit in the reverse way.

Roll the window about half way down, remove the door panel, take out the bolt(s) holding the window in, completely pull the window out, inspect the tracks for damage, replace if necessary, slide the window back in the tracks. There may be access holes in the door underneath the panel that will lineup with the bolt(s) holding the window in.
