Why does this guy in my class stare at me all the time is it because he likes me or is it just because he doesn't know me?

many reasons...he might like you, he might be looking at someone else but has an eye problem, he might have a starting problem. Does he smile when he look at you? or is it a blank stare? you have to get to the point where you can read people and understand expressions.

He does that probably because his girlfriend can see that you like him and she doesnt like it and so neither does he.If he doesnt have a girlfriend then he just doesnt like you and he likes some other girl and he thinks that you are holding him back from getting her.
