Why does this site censor points of view the moderators or webmasters do not agree with?
We do not censor the site. The only things that are removed are answers that are totally incorrect, inappropriate actions such as bullying, cursing, or "hotlinking" from the answer itself. That's not censoring, it's keeping the site correct and mature.
If you feel your answers have been censored, alert any supervisor and we'll look into it -- please provide the specific answers so we can check them out.

As a general rule blogging websites do not censor their content, however, that is entirely up to the discretion of the owner of the site. When a user signs up to use said server, they agree to whatever terms and conditions are set in place, (though hardly anyone ever reads those). If a blog site owner wanted to censor their content, they could, so long as they prompted their users to the condition.
