This is usually caused by a faulty seat safety switch.
It is very possible that you have a worn out belt.

it is a fancy way of saying that it is an automatic transmission for the Lawnmower
Depending on your transmission, assuming it is a gear drive and not hyrdo, the brakes could be locked on the unit, or it could be hung in gear, are you able to change gears using the gear shift ???
You can get horse riding gear at tack stores! riding gear is called "tack"
Well your transmission has to be overhauled. The shifter fork moves up and down on the shift gear and in and out of the gear cogs to allow it to shift gears.
If you physically can not move the gear shift lever into gear, it could be a problem with the shifter linkage or the transmission. If you can select a gear by moving the the lever which is attached directly to the transmission, it is the linkage. If the lever moves into a gear but the mower doesn't move, it could be a broken belt or a bad transmission.
Same as a car. Jumper cables, neg to neg, pos to pos, out of gear, turn blades etc off, start as usual
if your talking about starting the engine up, its best to crank a bike up in neutral but you can in first if you hold the clutch in if you mean riding the bike if you try to go in say fourth gear the bike is likely to stall
It depends on the gearing of the car. If you are in the highest gear and 40mph in that gear is under the idle rpm of that car than you will stall.
Lawn mower gas mileage is generally categorized by gallons-used-per-hour, and the larger the motor's horsepower, the more fuel is used. A riding mower, for instance, with a 12 h.p. motor, and a one-gallon-tank, in middle-gear, will get around two hours per gallon.
Pikeur has their own website where they sell their brand of riding gear. Amira Equi and Dover Saddlery also have websites where they sell Pikeur riding gear.
