Spyware is a virus that not only slows down your computer but can access some of your information as well. So the risk of turning off messages about spyware and related protection is that you will not be able to know if spyware or malware has already entered your computer. By doing that, you will not have a chance to defend against the viruses that will enter or have already entered your computer because you turned off the spyware alert messages.
Try pressing control alt and delete together then go into task menu and exit all programs or restart the computer. Last resort should be unplugging or manualing turning the computer off. It is best to seek professional help to remove the virus and to use virus protection in the future.
