The well water is not colding in summer and not hotting in winter, there is just human sense that we feel the water is cold in summer because , every body knows that our body potential energy increasing in winter, why we use abudnant food and meal in the winter and not use so much in the summer because we have to produce energy in addition humans are warm blood to and our body adap with cold weather because it need to adap with eat supose if you use ice in summer no body will feel and sense too cold if you use this ice in winter you cannot use it.

∙ 12y agoWater is hotter in Winter that it is in Summer because evaporation from the sun takes the heat away from the water in Summer ( Summer is a very hot season). In Winter, the sun is not as strong so evaporation does not happen much, and this leaves the water warm.
