∙ 12y agoThe underground water is warm in winter and cool in summer. because in everything in every particle of the body the inner and outer temperature is different. they are opposite to each other like an earth the heat of a sun did not reach to underground because earth have its own frequency of heat. In one condition the heat was reached in under the earth, when the heat of a sun is very high and close to the earth then the underground water will be warm in winter.
