We don't know what relay you are referring to.
Check your thermostat and radiator fan. Fluch out your cooling system.
The timing or crankcase sensor needs to be checked and most likely replaced.
Did U checked the turn ligths flasher, switch and wiring?

The motor probably needs replaced but it could be the wiring so have it checked out.
It sounds like something in the wiring harness or it may be some naked wires touching and shorting out. Look for burn section of wiring around the battery or fuse area. It sounds like you have burned out a fusible link. This can be replaced by some one with a little wiring knowledge.

NO! The circuit wiring is protected by that 3.15 amp fuse. Put a 5 amp fuse in the circuit and the wiring may overheat and cause a fire. Never over-fuse any circuit even in an emergency.
You didn't mention if you checked/tested the low beam headlamps or not.
Check all the wiring and the Thermal Relay for the fan.
Double pole wiring is checked the same way as single pole wiring. When you turn the switch on and the device works, in effect the switch is checked.
check for power at the fuel pump assy wire plug on top or near fuel tank check fuses I'd guess if all the wiring checked out that the fuel pump itself was bad
