Why does your 1989 Mazda 626 vibrate on the overrun?

This mite mean you have a bad timing problem... there should be 2 adjustment bolts on the distributor in the front of the engine.. losen those slightly when the car is running and slowly turn the distributor clockwise until the engine sounds to be running better
