Why does your 1992 Buick road master putt or bogged down every time you hit the turns on the race track?

I'm thinking maybe the pick up in the tank is in a bad spot so it loses pressure when you hit the turn,
or it could have sensors for the suspension to bog it out when you flex the car in the turn
