why does my frontera1997 sport drive like there is loss of power along with really bad fuel economy less then 12mpg
Guesstimate - 12mpg city, 16-18 highway. Depending on driver's input. The only way to really tell what you'll get is to get the vehile, drive it, and test it yourself.

NOT GOOD, I heard about 12mpg. you can go to edmunds .com for you year and it will usually tell you the mpg under research this car.
A Hummer H1 has a fuel economy of 12MPG on the highway and 10MPG city. But I read some where that sayed it got 16MPG highway so you decide.

The diesel engine that would be in a 2008 Ford E-350 van would be the 6.4L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel V8. This Powerstroke engine got poor fuel economy with about 16mpg highway and 12mpg city.
