could be lots of things but without more info on it hard to tell but here's a few things it could be,1. plugs are bad 2. fuel injectors need to be purged. 3. could be a piece of crud stuck in your egr valve. 4. low compression on one or more cylinders. or many other things but these are most common. hope this helps.
