It sounds like a bad Idle air control senor , is more common in older cars and it can also be a frozen fuel line when its extremely cold the line can freeze up and start stuttering and stall and then might die so i suggest to get it towed or put in garage to heat up and your problem will be solved. But still just to be sure take it to a mechanic for a more accurate answers.
