Ah, the Toyota Solara, a beautiful machine indeed. To check the transmission fluid on this lovely car, you'll want to locate the transmission dipstick. It's usually near the back of the engine bay. Just gently pull it out, wipe it clean, reinsert it, and then pull it out again to see the fluid level. Remember, it's always a good idea to consult your owner's manual for specific instructions tailored to your Solara.

Check along the Fuel Rail, see if the part you have matches the part attached to the fuel rail. Alot of Toyota's models where put in that locationi, since it does regulate fuel pressure. If you can't find it, go to AutoZone and ask them to pull up your vehicle in the computer and print out the location of the Fuel Pressure Regulator, if they can't then go to the library and see if they have a chilton's manual for your vehicle and look it up in the repair manual. Good Luck.

The 2001-2003 Toyota Solara has the most common hook-end wiper arms. See sources and related links below for installation videos. Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

No nuts, no bolts, no fuss. The backrest is usually different and may involve removing some bolts. When in doubt, you can purchase a Haynes or Clymer manual for your car (about $25 but worth it) or download the entire factory service manual from Toyota (about $10 and a super bargain).
