If you don't regularly use the a/c the compressor loses lubricant and will let you know it. If you use it for 20 minutes it should settle down and be squeak free - if not take it to someone to recharge with freon.

check that your gass lines arent cracked. and look into these:replace spark plugs, replace air filter. and you might want to replace your gas filters. that's whats I did and my car is running fine now.
Go to a parts store and buy a can of CRC MAF cleaner. Clean the MAF sensor.
If there is water in the oil, then the head gasket has failed.
My Titan does the same thing about 10 psi. That means it is definetly time to do an oil and filter change.
