If you notice it when you first start the engine, it could be bad valve seals and/or loose guides.

The WHOLE engine was BLUE from the factory.

Every one Iv ever seen was 3/8-16. i am 59 years old and worked on Chevy's every since i could pick up a tool and that is the only bolt i have ever seen in a 350. starter
