Possibly a front tire out of balance or a bad front shock. You need to inspect front suspension or take it to an alignment shop.

Start by having wheel balance and tire wear thoroughly checked.
It means they start shaking and they cannot stop, or they shake and keep shaking repeatedly.
They tend to go about 175 k before they start having problems, and die shortly after that. IF they were mostly highway miles though, it'll go 200 k
