Lets just say boys are afraid that they will do something wrong and you will make fun of them they have a harder time expressing there feelings than girls do. Maybe your not ticklish they arent trying to make you feel bad they like you if they dont tickle you if they dont slow dance with you he is afraid he wants to inside probably but he is to scared. he doesnt want to mess things up. He might think you will get mad but just tell him about yoursekf and he might change you never know. He probably will never kniw that you are ticklish if you dont tell him and you ask about him to get him to tell you about himself to try it, it might just help :)
