Probably the fan belt. Try to tighten it. If that doesn't work, replace it. (Yes, there are chemical sprays you might try, but they will wear off and the problem will be back.)
Your squeal may be more of a whistle which could indicate a small vacuum leak.
At least inspect when you hear squeal. Base further work on what you see.

I do not know what you mean by squeal. There are two types. One involves the fan belt. It either needs adjusting or replacing. The other involves the tires. If you accelerate by putting the pedal to the metal, you are losing traction and actually going slower than if you kept traction. You are also burning up your tires.
