Check for either a bent wheel or a faulty tire. Low speed "wobble" is an indication that the bond between the tire and the belt inside the tire may have failed. Have it checked by a reputable and qualified tire or alignment shop.

A real car moving at 20kmhr has more momentum than a toy car moving at the same speede because?

Because mommentum is calculated based on the product of the mass and velovity of an object, since a real car has a mass far greater than a toy car, it will be the tie breaker when they are going the same speed, multiplying a mass 5000kg by 20km/h will yield a momentum far greater than, say 1kg x 20km/h. Suppose that you are in a moving car and the motor stops. You step on the brakes and slow the car to half speed. If you release your foot will the car speed up or continue at half speed or slow down?

Assuming you are not pressing down on the gas, when you release the pedal, the car will slow down over time and evetualy come to a stop. Unless you are going down a hill, in which case you will speed up.
