possible reasons are that if you have installed a lot of expansion packs, then that can cause errors. if that is the case than install the one that's arn't your faveourites and just keep a few on.

It seems the sound drivers are missing or corrupted. In addition there seem to be registry errors in the computer. To fix this problem it is recommended to update sound drivers and fix Windows registry with Reginout.
