When does it make the sound?
My best guess is that it starts when you first put the car into 'drive' - which means that you've pushed down the parking brake just enough for it to electronically register, but not enough to actually engage. Pull on the release handle to the left and below the steering wheel, and that should take care of that (assuming that's the issue)
Drop me a line - or amend your question/answer - if that's not the issue and I'll try to help more.
It beeps to tell you that you have either plugged in or taken out the charger. It's what happens with every one of these laptops! :)
None, as Dodge didn't make a Charger in 2005

The Dodge Charger was re-introduced in 2006. It is build on the same platform as the Crysler 300, Dodge Magnum and Dodge Challenger.
You make a loud beeping sound when backing up.
No. Dodge is part of Chrysler LLC, not GM.
To make it better, or "improve" it.
you can't, they didn't make them back then.
1973 Dodge Charger
A 2004 Envoy that makes a beeping sound when you start it could have a short in the electronics that control the seats. Take notice as to whether or not the seat moves a tiny bit when you hear the beep. If it does, it is the wiring.
yea that beeping sound it is probably a bomb from my guesses so i would evacuate emedeatly and sell your car!
