The air that comes out of your dryer carries a lot of moisture with it, and the dryer vent is supposed to carry that hot, humid air safely out of your home. Now, if there is water in the hose, there might be one of a couple of things going on.
If the first one seems to be the issue, I would see if there were a way to shorten the length of the dryer vent duct.
If you suspect any kind of blockage, it's really important to take care of that, as it can be a fire hazard.
Attached to the back of the dryer.
The heat in the dryer makes the remaining water evaporate. The water vapour exits the drum through the vent - and is either expelled through a wide hose, or condensed back into water, which is then pumped out of the machine down a narrow hose, to empty down the sink. Clothes dryers DO NOT collect water to go to a drain. They use the process of heat induced evaporation and the vapor is expelled through the dryer vent to the outside.
That is a good question, and you will find out at this website http://www.whitegoodshelp.co.uk/wordpress/can-you-use-a-tumble-dryer-without-a-vent-hose/
It will not last, and could possible catch fire but that's a long shot. A hose clamp would be better. One to fit the dryer vent is probably $2 or $3.
The water is converted to water vapor and is carried out through the dryer vent by the air that flows through the machine.

it is not so bad but evapourated water will build up in the dryer out pipe
There are a couple ways to vent a dryer, my personal favorite is the dryer vent vacuum. They also have dryer vent hoods, and kits available for installation that will increase the effectiveness of your dryer.
Portable air conditioners come with a vent hose that can be placed in a nearby window or vented through a hole in the wall like your clothes dryer.
Cleaning a dryer vent is not difficult, though it does depend on your skills. You must remove the vent hose and remove any collected lint and debris from around the connections, both from the dryer as well as the vent to the outside. It is a fairly easy task, if you are so inclined. Otherwise, you could probably find a friend who can help you, or hire a handyman/woman. A clothes dryer vent should not be very humid. If it is, it may be clogged. Clean the dryer vent once a year to prevent this among other problems such as loss of efficiency and of course FIRE.
Performing a regular dryer vent cleaning is important to ensure more efficient clothes drying and to prevent a possible fire from lint build up. While kits are available, a vacuum cleaner with an attachment hose can work as well. From inside the house, remove large lumps of lint from the extension dryer hose and the wall vent. After this is done, vacuum out any remaining debris. From outside the house, locate and remove the vent plate then perform the same action. Ensuring that the dryer vent is kept free of lint will increase the efficiency of the dryer. This task should be done at least twice a year, or whenever a marked decrease in air flow is noted.
