- Your ex feels uncomfortable around you because you once had a relationship together and when two people break up it is best to move on separately in their lives. If she broke up with you she may feel she is still hurting your feelings by having a new boyfriend. Just because you are not going together communicate with her by getting her alone and asking why she feels so uncomfortable with you being around her. It is also time you moved on in your life and away from your ex girlfriend.
