Why would a guy who dumped you get jealous when you're talking to someone else?

This one's easy...I can't count how many times that I have mentioned to people how I believe that two that used to see each other have a hard time trying to just be friends. To me, either or the both of you still have the old feelins' bouncing around...I would recommend that you two go your own ways,...or,.. reach out again in the name of -you know.... Good luck! ...BB

∙ 16y agoLike a peacock he's flaunting the fact he can get any girl he wants (so he thinks in his wee brain) so don't fall for it. A guy can pick up almost any girl, but that doesn't mean they have a romantic relationship going. Sex is for everyone, but it's the meaning between two people in love that counts. Be happy to the fact you're rid of this jerk. Forget about him and move on. Start going out with your friends to give you a chance to socialize and meet other guys who are actually nice guys.

∙ 14y agoIt is a thing which happens. people often talkabout their exes to their new other-halves. I know that in the course of my relationships i have talked about my ex-es several times. Sometimes it is because the new girlfriend wants to know about "previous competition" other times it is a case of the guy saying things about his history to explain why he does things the way he does them now. and some times it may just be telling stories about things that he and his ex had done. That, at least, is my experience.
His new girlfriend is sometimes abusive so she is jealous to know about you. Ignore it!

∙ 12y agoThat's just how some guys are. Like, for example: I have seen many situations where a guy and a girl will date for a very long time, and the girl will be very attached to the guy and eventually they break up, usually because the guy cheats on her. He will date other girls, and she will eventually decide she wants to start dating too, so she will start going out with a guy she likes. The ex-boyfriend will convince her to break up with her boyfriend and date him again, and then the process restarts... Idk why some guys do it, but that's how they are. They don't want you, but don't want anyone else to have you either. Trust me, DO NOT go back to the previous boyfriend. For any reason. Even if he says sorry. Tell him that he dumped you, so he doesnt get a say in who you are talking to anymore.
