No, not really. some people with blue eyes may lose coloring as they age, but dark eyed people like me don't.

If these herbs are ingested, they are the colon cleansing and liver cleansing herbs. When a person's digestive system gets cleaned out, sometimes the eye color will change, some get lighter, some get brighter. If these herbs are applied to the eyes, then they are lightening herbs, like Chamomile, Uva-Ursi aka Arbutin a natural Hydroquinone(which by the way is used in skin bleaching creams)
