on mine , l fixed this by looking near the clutch master cylinder and locating a vacuum hose that had come disconnected after renewal of the master cylinder, green light was flashing on the dash, so as it wasnt doing it before the renewal l looked around the area of the repair and spotted the disconnected hose l reconnected it (it was a smallish hose that push fitted to another hose) and bingo, the light went off and everything was ok, this may not be your answer but it will cost you nothing to check, its quite small and was tricky to spot cos the other end of the hose had dropped down away from the other one good look...........pad
