If you mean ice cubes overflowing, then there is probably something in the ice bin that is deflecting the ice cubes, as they fall from the ice maker. If it is something other than that, on some ice makers you can slightly bend the arm (the arm that sets the ice cube maker to go on & off) downwards to detect a full ice cube bin, by bending it downwards the bin will not fill as much, be careful when bending.

If you mean the water overflows when the ice cube maker is filling the water into the trays, then there is an adjustment screw under the cover of the ice cube maker, look close and there will be a small "+ and -" indicator, adjust the screw to the minus ("-") side and this will decrease the amount of water that flows into the tray. NOTE: this will make your ice cubes smaller.
