you can but leaving your leg straight is the only way to walk. if you bend your knee as your about to walk youll be in great pain
I am not quite sure why your knee pop's. But I had a friend who had the same problem. She went to consult the doctor. If you can't consult the doctor as soon as possible, then just make sure that you don't run around or do any heavy excercise which will make your legs tired. If you want to excercise the best thing to do is walk briskly or just walk normally for 30 minutes. If that's to much for you walk 15 minutes. But it can also happen if you work them out to hard or have knee problems.
Your knee allows you to walk and bend your leg.
You could have a pulled muscle in your knee if there is pain when you bend it.
Easy, They're knee long!
The purpose of the knee is to help you walk, when needed. It also enables you to kick a ball, without a knee, you would die, or need a wheelchair to move around, because you won't be able to walk, due to you having no knee.
No, but if you can, you're lucky.
After a knee operation, you should expect to wait about 6 to 8 weeks before you can walk again. Some people may find that they are able to walk before that, with help.
to help u walk
"It bends when you need it too. If we did not have that then you wouldn't be able to walk."what.

Its a good thing to walk(not walk a lot, but lightly stretch) if its a muscle pull in the region of the knee, but its probably a bad idea if its anything to do with the bone or the joint as it could result in permanent damage..
