I personally dont think a period hurts, i think its more annoying then ever! just going to the restroom so much to change a pad or tampon is the hardest. Espically when you our out and it is out of the way, that is the worst about my period . But some girls do have feelings about there period. But mine do not hurt. It also might be because this is only my second period. I hope this helps (:
